| Staff Quarters (3 sub-boards)
These are the small cottages in which the staff of the Academy live in.
Each of them is fully furnishes with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a small living area.
Only staff are allowed in each-others' rooms.

| Girls' Dorms (4 sub-boards)
These are the dorms in which the female students of the Academy sleep.
Each dorm will house three students, who will be assigned a specific dorm.
Three bedrooms, half bath, small kitchen with a stove, micro-wave, refirdgerator and a sink. Small living area with a couch and a chair, cofee table.
There is a large lounge in the second level of the dorm house where all of the girls can hang out and chat.

| Boys' Dorms (4 sub-boards)
This is the area in which all of the male students will live.
Each dorm will house three boys, who will be assigned a dorm number.

There is a lounge area on the second floor where all of the boys are allowed to hangout.
